Complexity is your enemy…

YES!!

And to this Richard Branson is why I know if I desire to experience anything I have to make it simple.

For instance, while training for my Half Ironman, I found a simple plan and modified it slightly to fit with my life.

Completing my dissertation, was all about the simplest way to make it work. So I committed to an hour a day for 5 days a week. While it felt slow at first, it was exactly what I needed to not get burnt out or quit.

The same can be said for my business. I know that the simplest way to pursue my passion and love my life is through my business, so I have to make it so easy to show up so that I can’t fail. As a mom of 4, this means having a simple strategy and a short to-do list so I can still make and impact and be a present mom.
