“I didn’t come this far to only come this far.”

I said to my husband in June, as I received news of yet another delay on our pool installation.

In March, the kids voted for a pool instead of a trip to Hawaii and we immediately assumed we could have the pool in before Memorial Day, only to be immediately hit with red tape after a survey of our yard. 

I was told, the pool wouldn’t be impossible but would require cutting through some red tape. If you know me, I’ll do whatever it takes to achieve it. 

We decided to proceed, hit lots of road blocks obstacles, and many tears, but today is Day 1 of construction and we’re so excited!
