I don’t really want to work full time hours…

I don’t really want to work full time hours. 

And yet, for years I thought that’s exactly what I had to do to be successful in business. 

So I struggle to create the success I desired and not because I didn’t think it was possible, but because it wasn’t something that I truly wanted. 

I wanted the money that came with being successful in business, but I did not want to give up time with my family. 

When I accepted this truth for me, I was free to create success in a way that I truly enjoyed- working part time hours and doing work I loved. 

I believe we are capable of creating a life we love  fully. Not a this or that kind of life, but a that AND this kind of life on our terms. And in order to create it we must be honest with ourselves. 

Not brutally honest. 

Honest with kindness and curiosity, because the life we live depends on it.
