The fastest way is through.
The fastest way is through.
On my run this morning, I was moving through some dense energy. For a couple weeks, I’ve been trying to hold myself together as we prepare for a new school year and taking my oldest to college.
But I’ve been avoiding the emotions. Hoping that if I avoid them, they’ll eventually go away.
Spoiler alert- they don’t.
As I finished my run and was asking for guidance, I was reminded that the “fastest (and easiest) way is through it” not around it, but directly through. It was then I saw an image of a high wall, overgrown with vines and a door hidden away.
I told myself the easiest way is through. I saw myself pulling away the vines and heaving the door open. On the other side was an incredible garden with everything I could hope for.
It’s not always comfortable to face ourselves, but I know when I do, I’ll gain a new perspective that will get me a step closer to the vision I have for my life.
“The faster way is through.”
