You’re okay to expand.

What got you here, won’t get you there.

The next level that you’re stepping into, is going to require more of you. Not doing more, but trusting more. 

Logically you can see how you got here, but the next level, the depth you’re truly seeking and the life you desire will take more, more of you. 

You’ll have to stretch and expand into this and it won’t always make sense. You’ll feel the resistance not because it isn’t for you but because it’s different and sometimes different can feeling scary. 

But trust.

Trust that it’s all working it in your favor. Trust the subtle nudges and honor your body as it works to integrate the expansion. 

You may need more rest or more self care during this time, but that’s not a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of integration. Your body just needs a chance to catch up to your soul and once it does - you’ll feel the aliveness like nothing else. 

You’re okay to expand.
