As an entrepreneur, you don’t need to be available 24/7.

When I first started my entrepreneurial journey, I was obsessed with checking my email and social media messages. I believed I needed to be available 24/7 in order to make a sale. 

But the powerful thing about online content- it is available 24/7 so you don’t have to be.

I remember, when my oldest daughter was 6yo she asked me why I was on my computer so much. I didn’t really have a reason and her question made me realize just how often I was checking my computer and phone.

So I put boundaries around it…

• I check my email in the morning and early afternoon.

• I have no notifications on my phone.

• I have time limits and restrictions on my phone. 

• I have extra steps in place to keep me accountable.

And, I shifted my belief from I have to be available in order to make a sale to people can pay me anytime they want. In fact my favorite time to receive money is when I’m sleeping.
