Last year I made my nutrition a priority.

And the changes I saw have been incredible. I’ve learned to eat healthier, I’ve began to craving way less sugar, I’m sleeping better and my mind is even clearer.

And while last year, some of these changes were made in the household, this year, I am committing to even more healthy changes for my family. 

First up, replacing cooking with vegetable oil with applesauce. 

Vegetable oil is incredibly bad for you, for a number of reason one of which includes it being a major cause of inflammation. 

And so I’ve decided to make the switch wherever I can to applesauce. It’s an easy 1:1 swap and honestly my kids haven’t even noticed 💃🏼
