You Are Not the Source. You Are the Resource.
A couple of years ago, I was out on a run when a thought dropped in that shifted something for me:
You are not the source. You are the resource.
At the time, I didn’t fully realize how much pressure I had been carrying.
Pressure to have the answer.
Pressure to be right.
Pressure to know exactly what to do in every situation.
And underneath all of that… was fear.
Fear of not being enough.
Fear of not having what someone needed.
Fear of not being the one with the solution.
But that one thought disrupted all of it.
Because if I’m not the source… then I don’t need to have everything figured out.
That’s not my job.
