I stopped taking my phone to the bathroom with me. And here’s what happened…
The other day, I got the alert of my phone of average usage for the previous week and my immediate thought was yeah right, but then I look at it again and decided I did not want to be someone who spends on average 4+ hours per day on my phone.
Realizing this, I decided I will no longer take my phone into the bathroom with me; instead, I will take a personal development book.
And being only a couple days in, I’ve already felt a shift. I feel clearer, more aligned, and the downloads and inspiration are happening faster.
I’m going to the next level and being even more intentional is required.
